You will meet at 707 Fremont St. (Container Park) #1130, when you come into the park, go to the back and to the left of the stage.
Guests must be at least 18 years old of age and weigh at least 80 pounds and not more than 350 pounds.
Helmets are provided. Please wear closed-toed shoes for the tour. Dress for the weather. Shorts and t-shirts are fine. During their colder months, they suggest layers. They also recommend sunscreen, which they provide!
The necessary range of motion required to operate a Segway is like that of being able to transfer weight from one foot to another while walking. Also, riding a Segway does require the need to be able to stand for periods of time.
Unfortunately, due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on their Segway tours.
Their tour operates in groups of up to eight.
Your tour starts promptly at the scheduled time, therefore please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour departure time to complete the necessary training. Each member of your party is required to complete and sign a liability waiver form. Minors under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to complete their paperwork.
Your safety is always their highest priority; therefore, they begin each tour with a very thorough orientation of the Segway and its use. Most people pick it up in no time. Others may require a little more time. Don’t worry! Their 5-star tour guides are excellent trainers. They will have you gliding on your own in no time!
Absolutely! They have various stops that allow you opportunities to take pictures. However, for safety reasons, they do ask that you do not take pictures while you are riding the Segway.
Yes, tours are subject to certain weather conditions. In these cases, they contact you ahead of your tour and decide to either reschedule or issue you a full refund.
