The in-park locations only accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and most debit cards for payment. They also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Personal Checks are not accepted at any location in the park. If you don't have a card, Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom have Cash-to-Card kiosks that can transfer cash to a card, without fees, which can be used anywhere, not just at the park.

Where can I find a cash-to-card kiosk at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom?

At Dorney Park, cash-to-card kiosks are located near Lost & Found at the main entrance, in the games area near Fun Zone Arcade, and Center Stage Fries. At Wildwater Kingdom, you'll find a cash-to-card kiosk at the Locker Rental area.

What should I wear to Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom?

In Dorney Park, shirts, shoes, and shorts are required upon entry and exit and at all times except when actively riding Thunder Canyon or White Water Landing. Bikini tops are acceptable, but bikini bottoms must be covered. Shorts/pants must be worn so as to show no more than the waistband of any undergarments. In Wildwater Kingdom, proper swimming attire is required and is defined as a properly fitting and covering, one or two-piece swimsuit or shorts that stop above the knee. Swimwear must be without abrasive buttons, rivets, zippers or snaps. Thong suits are prohibited. Diaper covers are required for all diapered children and are available at Trade Winds Gift Shop near the entrance to Wildwater Kingdom. Shoes are not allowed on any water park attractions.

What happens if it rains during my visit?

Most rides and attractions remain open during rain. Some attractions will close when inclement weather prohibits their safe operation but will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. You can enjoy a show, meal or shopping until such weather passes. Admission tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is complete at the Front Gate, online through the website, or other retail outlets. This includes weather-related events. They do not issue rain checks. Please check local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?

No coolers, outside food or beverages are permitted into Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, with exception of one factory sealed bottle of water per person. Exceptions are made for guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food/formula. Contact Guest Services or Park Security upon arrival for approval to bring in these special dietary foods. Picnic tables are provided in select locations of the parking lot for outside food consumption. Grills and open fires are not allowed.

Can I smoke in the parks?

Can I rent a wheelchair/strollers?

Yes, the Stroller/Wheelchair Rental Center is located at Good Time Gifts near the Main Entrance. A limited supply of motorized wheelchairs is also available for rent. Units are available on a first-come, first-served basis in park on the day of your visit. A rental fee will be charged as well as a refundable deposit that will be returned at the end of your day when you return the vehicle. Costs are: - Single Stroller Rental: $17 - Double Stroller Rental: $22 - Electric Wheelchair Rental: $65

Are lockers available for rent?

Yes, locker rentals located on the left side of the Main Midway near Kaleidoscope and by Wildwater Kingdom Waterpark's main entrance and are available by the hour or all day. There is a limited supply of locker units available only on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I exit and re-enter the park?

Yes, you can exit the park and re-enter with a re-entry ticket. Re-entry ticket kiosks are available near the exit turnstiles when leaving the Park. Re-entry is not permitted after 6:00 pm during their Haunt season. If leaving and re-entering the parking lot, please display your parking ticket on your dashboard.

Does Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom have security precautions and processes?

They use a variety of security methods for the safety of Dorney Park guests and associates, including uniformed and plain-clothed officers and video surveillance monitoring. There are also several enhanced security procedures at all entrance gates, including the following: - Guests arriving at the park will go through metal detection upon entry. - All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. will be examined prior to entering. - Sharp objects (including pocket knives and metal chains), firearms, or other items that could be considered a weapon are strictly prohibited and should be left at home or secured in your vehicle. Additionally, Dorney Park does not tolerate guests who fight and/or harass other guests. People who engage in this behavior are subject to being ejected and potentially banned from the park and may be subject to arrest by local police.

Do rides have specific height and weight restrictions?

Yes. Restrictions for each ride are posted outside of the respective attraction’s line queue.

What is the policy on alcoholic beverages at Dorney Park?

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase, possess or consume alcoholic beverages at Dorney Park. A valid state-issued identification or driver's license is required for each person purchasing, possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages must be fully consumed or discarded on the premise where served. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the midways or while in line for any ride.

What is the Dorney Park drone policy?

All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited at (in) all Cedar Fair parks, including Dorney Park, and any unauthorized drone(s) observed over Dorney Park will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.

What is the Boarding Pass Program?

Dorney Park provides equal access for all guests and have developed a program which allows guests with mobility restrictions or cognitive impairment to access attractions. Information about where guests access the ride is posted on each attraction's Safety Guide sign. All guests are required to meet all riding requirements for every attraction, including height and health restrictions in order to safely ride/participate. Guests with a mobility restriction or cognitive impairment should visit Guest Services upon arrival at the park to express their inability to wait in the regular line. Some questions are asked to ensure that the rider has the required physical criteria in order to safely experience attractions. Following that conversation, the Guest Services Associate will provide the details needed to participate in the program.
