The majority of tables are picnic-style with benches and you will be sharing them with other guests. If you require a chair with a back, please contact the venue directly and they can arrange to have one for you.

Germaine's Luau offers an option for round-trip transportation from pre-determined designated hotels throughout Waikiki. Please select the ticket options that include transportation. If there is not a designated pick-up at the hotel you are staying at, please contact the number on your e-ticket and they can arrange for pick-up at a nearby location which is normally within a 5-minute walk.

Is the Luau wheelchair accessible?

Yes, although the luau is completely on the beach, they have some areas where the sand is more compact and with the assistance of your family, you are able to access this area. The use of motorized scooters is discouraged since several have been damaged in the past due to sand getting into the motor. Germaine’s Luau will not be held responsible for any damage. Please contact the number on your eticket as soon as possible if you are bringing a wheelchair on the bus for they may need to reserve a specialized vehicle with their transportation company and these special buses are not always available.

Are there foods for vegetarians?

Germaine's Luau can order a special “stir fry” dish for you with advanced notice. Then you can go down to the buffet line to select any other dish that you may desire.

Does the Luau operate in inclement weather?

Generally, Germaine's Luau does not operate in harsh weather conditions because they are outside. They suggest calling the day of your show if you are concerned about the weather via number located on your eticket.
