How long is my card valid for?

That depends on the type of Go San Francisco Pass you purchase! You can purchase a pass good for 1, 2, 3, or 5 days. All-Inclusive Pass, will activate when you visit your first attraction. It will then be valid for the number of consecutive days which you have purchased.

When can I start using my pass?

Whenever you want! You have 1 year from the purchase date to activate the pass.

Can someone else use my pass?

No. The pass may only be used by the individual who activated it.

Does my pass expire?

All-inclusive passes are valid for the number of consecutive days that you purchased. Day 1 starts when you scan your pass at your first attraction and each ‘day’ of your pass finishes at midnight. This is the case regardless of what time of day you choose to scan your first attraction.

How many attractions can I visit in one day?

With the Go City San Francisco Pass, you can visit as many attractions as you want for as long as the attractions are open and operating.

What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is canceled due to weather or other problems?

While they do their best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of their control.
