Where should I park?

Use the parking garage at Bayside Marketplace by veering left as you enter. Metered parking is also available on Biscayne Boulevard in front of the marketplace.

What happens if I arrive late?

Check-in closes 10 minutes before departure. If you miss the boat there are no refunds as there are strict reservations. Late arrivals must pay to reschedule, if space is available.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

No. The boat cannot accommodate wheelchairs or strollers.

What should we bring?

Bring a towel, camera, weather-appropriate clothing, and a valid photo ID for drink purchases.

What happens if it rains?

The tour operates rain or shine. Brief showers are common and often pass quickly in Miami.
