This 2.5-hour cruise departs from the Kailua Pier.
Check-in and parking is at the Body Glove retail shop, located one block east of the pier at the Ilima Court Shopping Center.
Includes complimentary reef-safe sunscreen, snacks, soft drinks and filtered water. Bring your own water bottle to fill with the filtered water provided.
The vessel is designed to minimize splashing, however, there may be instances where passengers could be lightly splashed. Bring a light jacket or waterproof layer just in case.
Bring your camera to capture stunning photographs of breaching whales, playful calves and other marine life.
This tour is not suitable for children ages five and under, or individuals who are pregnant or have regular neck or back pain.

Dolphins are in the Hawaiian waters year-round. There is an excellent chance of seeing them on the cruise.

This whale-watching adventure departs from the Kailua Pier at 75-5660 Palani Rd, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. The pier is located on the west side of Kailua Kona, approximately six miles south of Kona International Airport at Keahole on The Big Island.

Where do I check in?

You will check in at Body Glove's retail shop located about one block east of the Kailua Pier at the Ilima Court Shopping Center at 75-5629 Kuakini Hwy., Kailua Kona, HI, 96740.

Is parking provided?

Yes, complimentary parking is available at Body Glove's retail shop where you check in. You can also find paid parking at Hotel King Kamehameha for a nominal fee. Wheelchair-accessible parking is available in the cul-de-sac in front of the Kailua Pier on a first-come, first-serve basis.

When should I arrive?

You should arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to check in.

Are there bathrooms on board?

Yes, the super-raft has one onboard restroom.

Should I bring sunscreen?

You won't need to unless you require a specific brand for medical reasons. Body Glove Cruises provides reef-safe sunscreen that does not harm the coral reef and stays on your skin and not in the ocean. The super-raft has several SPF pump stations on board for complimentary use.

Does this whale-watching tour have any restrictions?

Due to the extreme speed and bumpy nature of the ride, pregnant women and children ages five and under are not permitted. Additionally, this tour is not suitable for individuals with neck or back pain.

Is this tour suitable for children?

This family-friendly adventure offers educational entertainment and excitement for everyone on board. However, due extreme exposure to fun and excitement, children ages five and under are unfortunately not permitted. Passengers age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 18 and older.
