Does WorldQuest Resort charge any resort fees?

Yes, there is a mandatory daily resort fee per condo of $7.50 plus tax, collected upon check-in. What is the minimum age required to check-in?

The reservation holder must be at least 21 to check-in and must present a matching, valid photo ID and credit card.

Are cribs available?

Cribs are free of charge and subject to availability.

What are the pool hours at World Quest Orlando?

The pool is open from 6:30 am - 11:00 pm.

Is the outdoor pool heated?

Yes, the outdoor pool is heated seasonally and maintained at a comfortable 80 degrees.

Is smoking allowed?

All accommodations are strictly non-smoking. The hotel provides designated outdoor smoking areas.

Does WorldQuest Resort accept pets?

No. For the safety of guests, pets are not permitted on hotel property. ADA-certified service animals are welcome.

Does WorldQuest offer shuttles to the theme parks?

Yes. Complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Disney's Epcot and Hollywood Studios theme parks, and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are available. Reservations are required at least 30 minutes in advance at the Concierge desk. Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld® shuttles are available for $5 per trip, per person. Please see the Concierge for details and schedule or call the hotel directly for more information. Shuttle schedules are available at the concierge desk upon check-in. Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.

Does the resort have a restaurant on-site?

While there isn't a full-service restaurant on-site, the resort offers a poolside Tiki Bar serving drinks, light fare, and Starbucks® beverages. A 24-hour Corner Pantry is also available for snacks and essentials. Numerous dining options are located just minutes away.

How much are the housekeeping fees if I choose to have that option?

Daily housekeeping is not offered. WorldQuest Resort charges $75 per day plus tax for housekeeping services. However, this is an optional service for guests. There is a one-time end-of-stay cleaning fee of $75 plus taxes charged to guests upon check out. Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.

Does the resort have accessible units/amenities?

Yes. The resort offers ADA-compliant suites outfitted with accessibility features including grab bars, visual alarms, and phone alerts, closed-captioned TV, and lowered counter heights for wheelchair accessibility.
